Reports To: Director, London (US & EMEA team lead)
About the Role
Unique opportunity to join a global Executive Search & Advisory firm, working alongside talented headhunters across the global Private Capital market.
At Fredriks, we source the top tier investment talent including Capital Formation, Value Creation and Senior Investment professionals.
The main function will be sourcing candidates for existing client mandates and building a network of new clients, focussing on US & EMEA.
We are looking for a highly proactive, detail-oriented Executive Search Consultant to support our US & EMEA Team. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, resourceful, and capable of supporting multiple projects through research and presentations.
Research
- Researcher support for strategic retained projects across junior to senior positions (Associate to Managing Director level)
- Assist and collaborate on existing and new Fredriks mandates
- Support the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
Business Development Support
- Help the team prepare pitch documents for existing new and existing clients
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the US & EMEA senior team covering Private Capital, including heavy collaboration with the CEO & Founder
- Hands on approach for gathering information on market intel, people moves, and events
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, Canva and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom)
- Ability to work independently and proactively while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- A growth mindset, with the willingness to adapt to changing needs and contribute to the professionalisation of the business
