Role Overview
We are recruiting a Manufacturing Prepper / Cleaner to clean, visually inspect, package and label pieces, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies to UHV standards.
Responsibilities
- Bead blasting to remove surface deposits and achieve high quality finished parts.
- Identifying and reporting any faults found.
- Ensuring tidiness and physical appearance of the work place is maintained.
- Ensuring adherence to HS&E policies.
Qualifications
- Understanding of UHV cleaning standards.
- Experience working with hazardous chemicals and relevant safety issues.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Experience cleaning to UHV standards using abrasive materials and chemicals.
- Relevant H&S training.
- Understanding of On Time Delivery both internally and externally.
- Experience of bead blasting would be an advantage.
