We are Frederick Jones (Belfast) Ltd, a family company and we have been making packaging in Belfast since 1944 and selling construction products since the 1980s. We are seeking a Stores & Trade Counter Person to work at our stores and despatch facility at 17 Napier Street, Belfast, BT12 5FE.
Working in a busy environment, the successful candidate would be responsible for:
- Assisting customers at our trade counter
- Picking and loading orders from our stores and warehouse
- Occasional van deliveries
Applicants would be required to have:
- Counterbalance forklift certificate/licence
- Computer literate in business computer systems
- Due to fleet insurance requirements, be aged 25 years of age or over
- Have held a Driving Licence for a minimum of 2 years
Desirable but not essential experience with:
- Trade counter, Stores and warehousing experience
- Knowledge of construction industry
Working Hours: 39 hours per week
- 7.00am - 12.15pm
- 12.45pm - 4.00pm - Monday to Thursday
- 7.00am - 12.00noon Friday
Some flexibility will be required for holiday cover.
