Assistant Manager

We're looking for a passionate Assistant Manager to help lead our team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support the day-to-day running of one of our fantastic pubs.

About the role
As Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of the pub, leading from the front to deliver outstanding guest experiences and ensuring every shift runs smoothly. You'll set the standard on service, support your team to perform at their best, and create an environment where guests feel welcomed and want to return.
Alongside this, you'll play a key role in driving the business forward, supporting sales, managing labour and stock effectively while maintaining high operational standards. With the confidence to take ownership in the GM's absence, you'll balance people, performance, and results in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
What you'll be responsible for
Delivering great guest experiences that drive strong feedback scores, repeat visits, and positive reviews
Leading, coaching, and developing your team to improve engagement, retention, and overall performance
Driving sales and revenue through upselling, product knowledge, and delivering against weekly targets
