About the role As Sous Chef, youll play a key role in maintaining high standards across the kitchen.
From supporting with recruitment and training to ensuring food quality, cleanliness and compliance, youll help create a positive and high-performing kitchen environment.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and is ready to grow within an ambitious and expanding business.
What youll be responsible for Supporting the Head Chef with leading and developing the kitchen team.
Delivering fresh, high-quality food and consistent service standards.
Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and health and safety regulations.
