As General Manager, you'll have the autonomy to drive the business forward while being supported by one of the UK's most respected independent brewers. Driving sales, profitability and overall business performance. Delivering exceptional guest experiences across food, drink and accommodation. Maximising the potential of the pub's letting rooms and overnight guest offering. Creating a culture of outstanding hospitality and service excellence. We're seeking a proven hospitality leader who combines commercial acumen with a genuine passion for people. Previous experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader. Experience within quality food led operations. Exceptional leadership and coaching skills. Experience managing accommodation or hotel rooms would be advantageous. The ability to build meaningful relationships with guests, team members and the local community. Energy, ambition and pride in delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
