About the role As Duty Manager, youll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with the General Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly and our guests receive the best possible experience.
From leading shifts and supporting your team on the floor, to handling challenges and driving service standards, no two days are the same.

What youll be responsible for Leading shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the bar and restaurant Delivering, and inspiring others in, outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences Supporting, coaching and developing team members Handling customer queries and resolving issues confidently and professionally Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, compliance, health & safety and service Acting as a key support to the General Manager in driving team performance and business success What we're looking for Previous experience managing and developing a team within a busy hospitality environment.
