George & Dragon in Holmes Chapel is reopening this November, and we're recruiting now for an Assistant Manager to lead our team from day one, complete your training, and help welcome guests back to a beautifully refurbished pub. This is a hands-on leadership role in a family-run business with a proud heritage.
You will drive guest experiences, manage the day-to-day, and support the GM to balance people, performance and results in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
