Could you help us support our work with young people and adults by preparing accounts? Help us make a difference. You will be a Member and Trustee on the District Trustee Board.
The role:
- Managing day to day payments and receipts (not a massive amount of traffic).
- Reporting to the Trustee Board Members.
- Preparing the annual budget and end of year accounts.
- Ensuring all financial reports, statements and supporting documents are maintained accurately.
- Administering the process of the Independent Examination of the Annual report.
- Preparing the submission of the Charity Annual Return.
- Attending 3 face to face meetings, our AGM and 2 district meetings.
Need to know:
- We ask our Volunteers to have a Scout DBS and complete five online training modules, each 45 min.
- Helping young people gain the skills they need to shine bright and reach their full potential.
