The role

As a Volunteer Adviser, you will talk to clients over the phone, face to face or via email to explore the challenges they face. You will help clients to understand their options and support them to take action to reach resolution. The role may also involve drafting or writing letters or emails, making phone calls on behalf of clients, or referring clients to another organisation. You will write up cases to ensure continuity and consistency for case handover.

We require a minimum commitment of two half days per week for one year, including full training.
