1 or 2 classes per week of 1 hour duration over 2 semesters per year. Held at U3A Margaret Street Hall Southport.

U3A Southport offers over 70 courses to our members who are aged 50+. Pilates is focused on movement that benefits physical and mental health, especially important for our older members. We seek a tutor willing to share their knowledge and expertise to help members learn new skills and improve fitness. The ideal candidate will have some experience in teaching Pilates and enjoy working with an older cohort. Days and times are flexible. Centrelink approved.
