We seek a friendly and organised Personal Assistant to join our team to support the CEO and the office Management Team with a variety of administrative duties.
The Personal Assistant will report to the CEO and assist with daily administrative duties supporting the overall functioning of the office. You will require experience in administration, be courteous and polite in communicating with others.
- General office duties include filing, photocopying, calendar management.
- Computer literacy and data entry, ability to manage spreadsheets and files, and a knowledge of Google is essential.
- Commit to at least 2 days per week, long term negotiable.
