Helping organise Beavers means sparking adventure, building confidence, and turning curiosity into big smiles as you help young minds explore the world.
The role involves working with other adults to plan and run fun, safe activities; supporting our members while they grow in confidence; encouraging teamwork and curiosity; and helping Beavers earn badges through play and adventure. You will also have fun, meet like-minded adults, and join in with the events that Heath and Reach Scout Group organise.
Need to know: This is a flexible role that can be adapted. Support and training can be provided. Disability support available.
Age requirements: 18+ years old.
Skills: Administration, Office Management and Committees. Helping young people gain the skills they need to shine bright and reach their full potential. Every week young people aged between 6 and 14 enjoy the fun and challenges that Scouting has to offer.
