We\’re looking for a highly organised, energetic, and social individual to join Freddie\’s Flowers Sales Management Team in Bristol in a full time role. This is a dynamic role, at the heart of our growth, combining day-to-day operations with and team-building.

As part of the Sales Management Team, you\’ll ensure our face-to-face sales shifts run smoothly and efficiently, working closely with the Sales Development Lead and Event Coordinator to keep everything on track.

This isn\’t a desk-based role – you\’ll be out in the field, connecting with people and working to help our team succeed as much as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operational and administrative tasks of the sales team, ensuring shifts run seamlessly
  • Work closely with canvassers, assigning locations, managing rotas and ensuring all necessary materials are in place for a successful day of selling
  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of bike shifts across the South West of England, ensuring canvassers have the locations, routes and materials needed for a successful day
  • Being a first point of contact for Brand Ambassadors with anything logistic/shift related
  • Act as an empathetic, approachable figure for the team – someone canvassers can talk to, seek guidance from and rely on for understanding and encouragement
  • Help maintain a positive team culture by taking canvassers out for team socials, fostering connection, motivation and morale
  • Occasional weekend work will be required

  • Hitting sales goals: Contributing to weekly and monthly sales targets consistently achieved across the Bristol region
  • Building retention: Maintaining canvasser retention by fostering strong team culture and providing diverse shift opportunities

Requirements

  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Highly organised and reliable
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Yes, yes, yes mentality, willing to muck in and help across the team
  • Holds a full UK Clean Driving License (minimum 2 years) and is comfortable driving a van
