We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join the team at Freddie’s, leading our influencer strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers for the UK market and supporting our DE influencer marketing executive across various platforms to drive flower subscription/gifting sales tracked through voucher code redemptions. The role is highly performance driven, with monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential influencers and content creators for the UK market who align with our brand values, target audience, and campaign goals.
- Reach out to influencers via email, social media, or other communication channels to establish partnerships.
- Negotiate with influencers to secure the best social media posts and placements on a gifting & commission basis.
- Manage influencer relationships, including content briefing and product delivery.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of content assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Track, analyse & forecast campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Manage, support & develop the DE Influencer Marketing Executive to grow the German market.
- Develop & lead the UK & DE influencer marketing strategy to hit target.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continually enhance influencer marketing strategies.
