As a canvasser/ sales representative for Freddie’s Flowers, you will be responsible for helping us grow our UK customer base through face to face sales. We are looking for outgoing, charismatic and engaging sales people to passionately represent the company, share the joy of receiving regular flowers and encourage people to sign up and give us a try.
Working in pairs, you will be working at different locations across & surrounding Manchester spreading the joy of flowers. You will be required to ride E-Bikes to shift, being confident riding a bike is therefore crucial to the role!
Shift expectations:
- 3-4 shifts minimum a week, 6 hour shifts
Shift patterns:
- Wednesday - Sunday (you choose which days)
Pay:
- Commission based
- Daily OTE £105 - £200+ (uncapped)
- Paid weekly two week in arrears
Requirements:
- Sales Experience
- Confident riding an E-bike (electric)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient
- Strong decision-making skills
- A willingness to succeed and keep doing better and better each week
