We are looking for a highly organised, energetic, and social individual to join Freddie's Flowers Sales Management Team in Bristol. This is a dynamic role at the heart of our growth, combining day-to-day operations with canvasser recruitment and team-building. As part of the Sales Management Team, you will ensure our face-to-face sales shifts run smoothly and efficiently, working closely with the Sales Development Lead and Event Coordinator to keep everything on track.
You will also take full ownership of our canvasser recruitment pipeline – sourcing, interviewing, and hiring brilliant new people to join the Freddie's Flowers F2F team. In this role, you’ll be out and about, talking to people, sharing what makes us special, and bringing in the right people to help us grow – it’s not a desk-only position.
Base pay range: MUST BE BRISTOL BASED £30K Base - OTE £33K
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operational and administrative tasks of the sales team, ensuring shifts run seamlessly.
- Work closely with canvassers, assigning locations, managing rotas, and ensuring all necessary materials are in place for a successful day of selling.
- Act as the first point of contact for Brand Ambassadors with anything logistic/shift related.
- Serve as an empathetic, approachable figure for the team – a person canvassers can talk to, seek guidance from, and rely on for understanding and encouragement.
- Help maintain a positive team culture by organizing team socials, fostering connection, motivation, and morale.
- Proactively source amazing new team members across Bristol and beyond.
- Post and share job roles on social media and online to drive applications.
- Tap into your network – chatting with friends, contacts and potential candidates with energy and enthusiasm.
- Call, screen, and onboard new applicants.
- Track outreach, applications, and progress to ensure our recruitment pipeline is managed excellently.
- Occasional weekend work will be required.
Requirements:
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Outstanding people skills, empathetic and a good listener.
- Ability to build genuine relationships with the team, contribute to a friendly and enjoyable work atmosphere, and participate in team-building activities (social or work-based).
- Highly organised and reliable.
- Possesses excellent communication.

- Holds a full UK Clean Driving Licence (minimum 2 years) and is comfortable driving a van.
