Are you eager to break into the world of sales and develop essential, high-earning skills in a fun, fast-paced environment?
We\’re looking for driven, ambitious individuals to join our growing team of Sales Representatives. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to build a strong foundation in sales, with a flexible schedule, uncapped earning potential , and a supportive, sociable team environment.
You\’ll be out and about in London and at exciting events across the country, meeting people face-to-face, sharing the joy of regular flower deliveries, and converting them into loyal customers. You\’ll also be riding our eye-catching e-bikes, so confidence on two wheels is essential!
Requirements
- Confident riding an e-bike (electric bike)
- A people person: friendly, articulate, and ready to chat
- Ambitious and financially motivated
- Strong communicator with a can-do attitude
- Previous sales experience a bonus, but not essential
- UK driving licence is a plus (not required)
Benefits
- Real-world sales experience: Develop and master negotiation, objection handling, and persuasion techniques through live customer interactions.
- Uncapped commission: The harder you work, the more you earn. Daily OTE: £90 – £280+.
- Weekly pay, one week in arrears.
- Complete sales training: Get fully up to speed with our in-depth, hands-on training program designed to help you succeed quickly.
- Flexible shifts: Be in control of your own schedule: choose 3-4+ shifts a week, Monday-Sunday.
- Team culture: Work alongside a positive, high-energy team with regular socials and events.
- Travel & variety: Attend festivals, pop-ups, and vibrant locations across London and beyond
