Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
  • Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions.
  • Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management.
  • Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
  • Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organised and maintaining proper procedures.
  • Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximise product sell through.
  • Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration.
  • Deputise for the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence.
  • Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management.
