We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Senior People Business Partner to join our Central Services HR team. Working closely with the People Director, you will help deliver a first-class HR and Learning & Development service across the Fred. Olsen Group. Partnering with senior leaders and HR colleagues, you will design and implement initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing, engagement and satisfaction, while ensuring HR strategies align with wider business goals.

A key focus of the role will be the development and management of employee benefits, including wellbeing, retirement and family-friendly offerings. You will ensure our benefits remain competitive through benchmarking, external provider management and employee feedback, while supporting salary review activity as required. You will also lead on clear and engaging HR communications, maintaining up-to-date policies and information on the company intranet, and acting as a key point of contact for employee queries relating to benefits and HR processes.

In addition, you will drive employee engagement activity across the Group, including surveys and feedback initiatives, working with leaders and HR colleagues to turn insights into meaningful improvements in engagement, retention and performance.

We are keen to hear from CIPD qualified individuals who have considerable experience in operating at a similar HR level role in a multi-site location and complex organisation, with broad technical experience in:

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong strategic thinking, planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions that support effective change management. This is a Full-Time position, working 35 hours a week, based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) offering a hybrid work pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
