The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

Location: Dorset, BH21 1HR

This is a Full-Time position working 35 hours per week, Saturday work would also be required on a rota basis.

As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in generating sales across our full range of Retail Travel products, supporting our ever-growing client base with expertly tailored travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales across the full range of Retail Travel products.
  • Deliver a specialised, customer-focused service designed around individual needs.
  • Report to the Branch Manager and liaise with customers in branch and via telephone regarding queries and bookings.
  • Meet branch and individual sales targets.
  • Offer a high level of customer care and adhere to service standards.
  • Contribute to team discussions and present new ideas to improve sales.
  • Assist with arranging events, customer evenings and general office administration.
