We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our fantastic existing team in Over, Cambridgeshire - Ponders Travel, 25 High Street, CB24 5NB. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your duties will include:

  • Liaising with customers in branch and via telephone in regards to queries and bookings
  • Meeting branch and individual sales targets
  • Offering the customer a high level of customer care and adhering to service standards
  • Contributing to team’s discussions and presenting new ideas to improve sales
  • Assisting with arranging events and customer evenings
  • General office administration

As the successful candidate you will:

  • Help generate sales of all Retail Travel products to our ever-growing list of clients
  • Provide a specialised travel service that’s tailor made to customer requirements in line with our mission statement and values
