We continue to go from strength to strength and are now in a position to recruit a highly motivated and dedicated Travel Specialist to join the team based in our Ipswich Office. At Fred. As one of the UK's leading tour operators, we specialise in rail holidays, independent touring, river cruising, ocean cruising and tailor-made travel experiences.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused and driven individual to join our growing Reservations Team. Whether assisting a customer with a luxury rail journey through Switzerland, designing a bespoke European touring holiday or arranging a bucket-list river cruise, you will play a key role in turning travel aspirations into reality.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of specialist travel products, including:

• European Rail Holidays
• Tailor-Made Touring Experiences
• Ocean Cruises
• Worldwide Holiday Collections

You will manage both pre-designed holiday packages and bespoke itineraries, combining excellent customer service with sales expertise, attention to detail and a passion for travel. Every enquiry is different, making this a varied and rewarding role.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer and travel agent enquiries via telephone and email.
• Create and sell tailor-made holiday itineraries.
• Book rail, touring, cruise and land-based travel arrangements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey.
• Follow up quotations and enquiries to maximise sales conversions.
• Build strong relationships with travel agent partners and suppliers.
• Process booking confirmations, amendments and travel documentation.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Travel Partnerships and Customer Specialist teams.
• Recommend holidays that suit customers' interests, budgets and travel aspirations.
• Support customers from their initial enquiry through to booking confirmation.
