Our Travel Academy offers different pathways from Travel consultant apprenticeships to bespoke training matched to your own individual experience and training needs. For those eligible for an apprenticeship, this will give a fantastic opportunity to gain a qualification and earn as you learn. The Travel Consultant apprenticeship will be delivered over a 12-month period and upon successful completion will gain a Travel Consultant level 3 qualification.
For candidates who might not be eligible for apprenticeship, the Academy can provide bespoke training to those who already have transferable skills into the industry such as experience in a retail, sales, or a customer service environment. The training programme will be delivered over 12 weeks with different ways of learning to keep it fun and engaging whilst settling into the life of a Travel Agent. We are passionate about personal growth and offer full support throughout the training period.

We’re thrilled to offer a rare and exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Retail Travel Sales team at our Worthing branch (10 The Royal Arcade, Worthing, BN11 3AY). This is a Full-Time position working 35 hours per week, Saturday work would also be required on a rota basis. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your duties will include:
- Liaising with customers in branch and via telephone in regards to queries and bookings
- Meeting branch and individual sales targets
- Offering the customer a high level of customer care and adhering to service standards
- Contributing to team’s discussions and presenting new ideas to improve sales
- Assisting with arranging events and customer evenings
- General office administration
As the successful candidate you will help generate sales of all Retail Travel products to our ever-growing list of clients, providing a specialised travel service that’s tailor made to customer requirements in line with our mission statement and values.
