Head Office. Working on a hybrid basis, you will support the delivery of high-quality visual and audio content for Fred.

Olsen Cruise Lines, including brand storytelling videos, FAQs and short animations.

Working across projects of varying scale, this role executes in-house productions and supports agency-led work, ensuring all content is delivered efficiently, consistently and to a high standard, supporting brand storytelling and wider business goals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end video production on small to medium-sized projects, from initial brief through to final cuts, including scripting and storyboarding.
  • Work with the wider Marketing team to support the delivery of video projects, ensuring technical requirements are met and assets are shared and stored via the DAM.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all incoming video requests, advising on approach, feasibility, costs and timelines.
  • Project manage video edits and production schedules across filming and post-production, providing regular updates and proactively escalating risks or resourcing challenges, while ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Create and manage clear creative and practical briefs for photographers, videographers and drone operators, ensuring brand standards, outputs and deliverables are fully understood.
  • Oversee post-production and final delivery of stills and footage, including selects, video edit outputs, image selection, retouching guidance, colour-grading requirements.
  • Support the social media and PR teams with production planning to ensure the smooth delivery of shoots, events, live radio coverage and other outputs.
  • Co-ordinate the ongoing updates of three-sixty virtual tours, including shoot logistics, supplier management and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Ensure contracts, licensing and usage rights are secured for all assets (music, imagery, talent and locations).
  • Co-ordinate and collaborate with external production companies, photographers, videographers and drone pilots to deliver high-quality content that meets brand and business needs.
  • Work creatively and collaboratively with video editors, both on-site and within a wider freelance network.
  • Support the Brand Ops & Creative Lead on large-scale photoshoot projects, including model shoots and TVC production, in collaboration with creative and production agencies.
  • Oversee the use of audio across the customer journey, championing sonic branding and the consistent use of approved brand audio and stock libraries to ensure a cohesive, on-brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Deliver radio creative through appointed agencies, providing scripting support when needed and managing approvals with senior leadership to ensure outputs meet campaign requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience producing video content in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables and stakeholders.
  • Experience with basic storyboarding and scripting.
  • Production management skills across stills, video and drone shoots: planning, logistics, scheduling, budgeting and supplier management.
  • Understanding of formats and specifications for multi-channel delivery.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and content governance.
  • Experience with AI tools and a strong drive to deliver efficiency through evolving technology.
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience in Media Production, Film, Television or Broadcast Production, Creative or Digital Media, Marketing or Communications.
  • Commercially minded, striving for continual performance and financial efficiency improvements.
  • Able to prioritise and work to demanding deadlines under pressure.
  • Able to build strong relationships across departments and with external companies.
  • Full UK driving licence, including the ability and willingness to travel onboard and work weekends as required.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis.
