Olsen Cruise Lines is seeking a Health and Accessibility Coordinator at our Ipswich Head Office.
The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, on a hybrid basis, connecting Guest Services, Sales, Marketing and on-board teams to support guests with health or accessibility needs.
You will review health questionnaires, coordinate with ship and shore teams, manage complex guest bookings and build a knowledge base on accessibility.
Travel to fleet ships may be required with notice.
