We're looking for a Digital Product Executive on a 5 month fixed-term contract to help deliver and improve our website, booking journey and digital platforms. Working alongside our Website Product Owner, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of digital products, helping to manage backlogs, coordinate releases, gather requirements and work with teams across the business to deliver great customer experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in digital, ecommerce or technology who wants to build a career in Product Management or Digital Delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your product management skills while working on digital experiences that make a real impact. You'll collaborate with experienced teams, gain exposure to Agile delivery and play a key role in shaping the future of our digital products.
Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position based at our head office, Fred. Olsen House, White House Road, Ipswich, IP1 5LL. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with flexibility to work from home two days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of our website and digital products.
- Help manage product backlogs, user stories and development priorities.
- Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day product-related queries.
- Coordinate product-related activities across internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Support planning and coordination of website and platform releases.
- Assist with testing preparation, test execution and defect management activities.
- Support the monitoring of product KPIs and success measures.
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, usability and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate website releases, testing and product updates.
- Work with developers, UX, QA and business stakeholders to deliver new features.
- Maintain product documentation, reporting and governance.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
Skills & experience:
- Experience in digital, ecommerce, technology or product environments.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience supporting digital projects or website delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Experience in ecommerce or travel.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps would be advantageous
