Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is a family‑run business that has been delivering exceptional cruise experiences for over 170 years with a fleet of ships that provide intimate, friendly, and immersive voyages. As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our sales team with a field‑based Account Manager located in the North West of England. The purpose of the role is to build and manage effective relationships with trade agents, ensuring Fred. Olsen is front of mind, providing promotional and training opportunities, and achieving and exceeding sales targets for each assigned account.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture proactive relationships with allocated trade accounts.
- Provide account management service, including promotional and training support.
- Track and report sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Represent Fred. Olsen in all interactions, reinforcing brand values and market understanding.
Qualifications
- Experience in a field‑based account management role, sales, promotion, and relationship management.
- Familiarity with the cruise and/or tour operating industry is beneficial.
- High motivation, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication at all levels.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
This is a permanent full‑time role, 35 hours per week, Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend work. A company car will be provided.
