Working on a hybrid basis, you will provide an operational link between Guest Services, Sales and Marketing, and the on‑board teams to enable our guests with additional health or accessibility needs to sail with Fred.

Olsen Cruise Lines.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process incoming Health and Mobility Questionnaires, reviewing them to ensure they are fit for purpose, meet company and regulatory requirements, and set appropriate expectations with guests.
  • Working with ship and shore teams, review systems that enable the right information to get to the right people in the right way to be useful.
  • Work closely with the Port Operations Team, in collation of guest manifests and gangway availability.
  • Lead on more complex guest bookings, collating fit‑to‑travel documentation and reporting medical equipment guests will bring onboard.
  • Build a knowledge centre to support others in the business to answer questions relating to accessibility and health.
  • Assist with the development and review of relevant risk assessments.
  • Maintain regulatory awareness, including attendance at Chamber of Shipping accessibility working groups.
  • Use health and accessibility insights to highlight areas for improvement for guest and ship experience.
  • Coordinate 3rd Party suppliers in relation of complex medical needs of guests and accessibility equipment.
  • Support crew case management, coordinating with stakeholders, finance teams and legal for cost collation.
  • Assist in day to day crew case management activities, collation of reports, uploading and sharing of information within the health documentation systems.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Customer service experience, working with customers via phone, letter and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An attentive listener, with the ability to identify and interpret nuanced information.
  • Strong IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate and work with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Positive, energetic and keen working attitude.
  • Available to travel (with notice) to our fleet of ships for short (1-5 day) periods.

This is a permanent, full‑time role, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis.
