As we continue to grow, we are now strengthening our Marketing team with a Customer Communications Marketing Assistant in our Ipswich Head Office on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2025.

Within this role, you will:

  • Help deliver engaging pre-arrival communications that build excitement and provide helpful information in the run-up to our cruises.
  • Support the creation of email and direct mail content that’s warm, personal, and true to our brand.
  • Working closely with our Marketing team and creative partners, help write, format and test communications, coordinate approvals, and contribute ideas to improve what we do.
  • Play a role in reporting on performance and supporting wider marketing needs as required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience within marketing or communications is preferred, but not essential.
  • A strong command of the English language.
  • A flair for clear, friendly writing.
  • Excellent organisation and time management.

This is a temporary, full-time role, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Fred.
