As we continue to grow, we are now strengthening our Procurement team with a Buying Manager – Food in our Ipswich Head Office. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will engage with key stakeholders across the business, where you will have the chance of bringing innovation which will play an integral part to the experience of our guests on-board.

Collaborating closely with our Corporate Fleet Chef and our Executive Chefs, on-board Hotel teams and Services teams, you will help drive the next chapter of our cruise food experience. You will investigate and develop new sources of supply from all over the world, defining and creating bid specifications, tender documents, supplier selection, with a focus on compliance and quality. The successful candidate will be a food buying expert, particularly experienced in buying proteins, with an understanding of quality and cost requirements.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working 35 hours per week. The role will be based in our Ipswich office with travel to our suppliers, supply chain and to our fleet of three ships.
