We are recruiting for the role of Business Analyst, based within the Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines team.
This is a newly created role within our Project Management/IT team. You will engage proactively with stakeholders to identify business challenges and gather requirements for projects that drive meaningful change. You will illustrate areas for improvement, define key requirements, and support the business in adopting new processes and operational efficiencies. Previous experience within in a similar role is essential and the ability to build strong, long lasting relationships with stakeholders.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position working 35 Hours Per Week based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) offering a flexible & hybrid work pattern of approx. 3 days in the office.
