Experienced retail project manager – Pet industry Key team member in a small but fast-growing pet business that designs and delivers products for major UK retailers using factories based in the UK, Europe and Asia. Full time hybrid working with minimum two days per week in Central London. Attractive salary plus benefits. Post-probation Performance related bonus and/or profit share for the right candidate. Accountabilities · Management of deliveries to non-negotiable deadlines · Management/development of relationships with both factories and retail customers · Critical path management · Meticulous day-to-day management of busy back office · Seamless coordination of all activities with accounts team · Accurate briefing and management of graphic designers to strict deadlines and budgets Experience and skills · Minimum three years in retail, ideally working for a supplier with national customers · Brilliant IT skills with ability to learn and manage a series of bespoke customer portals · Numerate and commercially driven with understanding of and focus on margin improvement · Excellent administrator: highly organised, process driven and results oriented CV and a brief covering letter highlighting relevant experience via LinkedIn.
