The Role
We’re looking for a passionate, driven and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our Account Executives and boost sales performance across our customer base. You’ll be an inspirational leader with a strong track record in B2B sales and a commitment to social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a high-performing sales team
- Driving revenue growth from existing accounts in the social housing and local authority sectors
- Implementing and managing CRM systems and sales reporting
- Coaching the team to success and continuously improving processes
- Building relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Supporting business development and contributing to wider strategy
