What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive sales growth and deliver excellent customer service by proactively managing customer accounts, handling complex quotes, and developing new business opportunities.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers by providing the right solutions and maximising sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new customer accounts and lapsed accounts.
  • Maximise customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross‑selling relevant products offering specific product advice.
  • Ensure all customer pricing is fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Build effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Manage customer feedback accordingly and follow plans to continuously improve customer experience.
  • Advise customers on specialist solutions, trading T written, phone and face to face.
  • Experience in Microsoft Packages (Excel and Teams).
