Frazer, a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure and utility products and solutions, is on the hunt for a Senior Sales Specialist who is as passionate about great service as we are.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 7.00am - 4.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Building excellent relationships with new and lapsed customers to understand and meet their needs.
- Maximising customer interactions to support the achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross‑selling relevant products, offering specific product advice.
- Getting to know our suppliers and continuously looking for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge.
- Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
- Following plans to continuously improve customer experience.
- Advising customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to customer accounts and credit levels (financial).
- Supporting all Company initiatives.
