What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building excellent relationships with new and lapsed customers to understand and meet their needs.
- Maximising customer interactions to support sales and profit targets through upselling and cross‑selling relevant products, offering specific product advice.
- Getting to know suppliers and continuously looking for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge.
- Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
- Following plans to continuously improve customer experience.
- Advising customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to customer accounts and credit levels.
- Supporting all company initiatives.
