As part of our Asset Integrity Group, you will operate at the forefront of engineering innovation while defining how we deliver technical excellence across the business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Overseeing complex, multidisciplinary programmes, ensuring quality, innovation, and delivery excellence
  • Acting as a Technical Authority, providing oversight, assurance, and guidance on critical engineering decisions
  • Shaping long‑term strategy for composites capability, including identifying growth areas and emerging technologies
  • Setting technical direction for composite structural analysis and design across multiple projects and sectors
  • Defining and evolving methodologies, tools, and standards for composite analysis and life assessment
  • Supporting innovation in advanced finite element modelling, damage tolerance, and life extension strategies

Typical Technical Challenges May Include:

  • Advanced finite element analysis of composite structures under extreme loads
  • Assessment of structures under impact loads
  • Creation of best‑practice design and analysis guidance
  • Supporting the development and optimisation of next‑generation products

  • Support and shape new business, contributing to proposals and strategic growth
  • Lead, mentor, and develop effective technical teams
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Represent Frazer‑Nash externally through thought leadership and industry engagement

We would be delighted to hear from you if you meet these essential requirements:

  • Significant experience in the design, analysis, or manufacture of composite structures
  • Proven track record in leading complex structural analysis programmes

  • Experience working in regulated or safety‑critical industries

This is an opportunity to take a defining role in a growing capability—where you won’t just deliver projects, but shape the future of how we work, what we offer, and where we go next. If you’re motivated by technical leadership, strategic impact, and solving some of the most challenging engineering problems, we’d love to hear from you.
