We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Specialist to join our advanced cryptography team. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of cryptographic protocols, with a strong focus on post-quantum algorithms and their integration into secure systems. You will play a key role in assessing the security risk associated with PQC threats and provide advice on cryptographic solutions that are resilient to quantum computing threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate post-quantum cryptographic algorithms, including those standardized by NIST and other bodies.
- Design and implement cryptographic protocols that integrate PQC primitives.
- Conduct security analyses and performance evaluations of cryptographic systems.
- Collaborate with software and hardware engineering teams to integrate PQC into products and infrastructure.
- Stay current with developments in quantum computing and cryptographic research.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and represent the company in academic and industry forums.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or Master\'s degree in Cryptography, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of classical and post-quantum cryptographic algorithms (e.g., lattice-based, code-based, multivariate, hash-based).
- Experience with cryptographic libraries and tools (e.g., OpenSSL, liboqs, Bouncy Castle).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Rust.
- Familiarity with cryptographic protocol design (e.g., TLS, VPNs, secure messaging).
- Demonstrate an ability to conduct rigorous security analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Contributions to cryptographic research or open-source projects.
- Knowledge of standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST PQC, ISO/IEC 18033).
