Salary range: ÂŁ35,000 to ÂŁ42,000 per annum
Location: Remote / Any FNC office.
Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office and working from home.

This role is a key enabler of our work winning strategy, ensuring strong sales operations, reliable forecasting, and effective framework management across the business. The Sales Operations and Framework Manager plays a central role in driving sales operations and supporting the management of core industry frameworks. The role covers sales forecasting, pipeline oversight, framework coordination, and performance reporting. It requires strong leadership, effective stakeholder engagement, and the ability to develop and improve processes that underpin both sales activity and framework performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with finance to track order intake, forecast sales, and report performance against targets.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, prepare review material with Market Group Managers, and provide performance updates to leadership.
- Monitor and report on bid outcomes and related costs.
- Support the setâup and management of cost codes across the team.
- Act as a liaison across the business to support improvements, including Customer Voice initiatives.
- Coordinate regular and adâhoc business reports for leadership (e.g. WAR and monthly reports).
- Establish and continuously improve processes and strategy for crossâbusiness framework management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external framework clients and partners to maximise engagement and opportunity identification.
- Support the identification, renewal and submission of crossâMFBU framework opportunities, ensuring compliance and successful outcomes.
- Monitor crossâMFBU framework performance, report KPIs to senior stakeholders, and help develop framework knowledge across the business.
- Identify opportunities to enhance framework utilisation across the organisation.
- Experience in sales operations, sales support, or a comparable analytical role.
- Demonstrable expertise in framework management, bidding and business development - ideally within government or defence sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting and pipeline management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with handsâon experience using CRM and BI tools (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, Tussell).
- Experience managing document libraries and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reviewing and refining bid/proposal content.
- Selfâdriven and resilient, able to manage multiple priorities in a fastâpaced environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience at all levels.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
- Background in the defence, aerospace, or public sector.
- Training or certification in bid management, bid writing, or leadership.
- Experience with sales forecasting and performance reporting methodologies.
- Knowledge of pipeline and framework management best practices.
- Exposure to bid evaluation, ROI assessment and performance analysis.
- Experience managing bid/proposal resources and digital asset libraries.
- Involvement in strategic business support or major business development initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners.
