- Creation of best-practice design and analysis guidance
- Supporting the development and optimisation of next-generation products
In addition to your technical leadership, you will:
- Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Support and shape new business, contributing to proposals and strategic growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop effective technical teams
- Encourage a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Represent Frazer-Nash externally through thought leadership and industry engagement
We would be delighted to hear from you if you meet these essential requirements:
- Significant experience in the design, analysis, or manufacture of composite structures
- Proven track record in leading complex structural analysis programmes
- Deep knowledge of composite structural behaviour
- Strong understanding of engineering codes, standards, and assurance processes
- Demonstrable experience in technical leadership, project direction, or capability development
The following requirements would be beneficial but not essential:

- Experience working in regulated or safety-critical industries
This is an opportunity to take a defining role in a growing capability—where you won’t just deliver projects, but shape the future of how we work, what we offer, and where we go next.
If you’re motivated by technical leadership, strategic impact, and solving some of the most challenging engineering problems, we’d love to hear from you.
