Programmes
- Safety Critical Systems Design: Supporting design decisions or design review for safety critical systems through a systems engineering approach developing or reviewing safety critical system architectures.
- Safety Critical Systems Assurance and Data Safety: Assuring and certifying safety critical complex digital systems, ensuring that software meets rigorous standards required, defining assurance strategies and SMS.
- Developing safety arguments for the successful introduction of unmanned/autonomous traffic management systems, sea-going vessels, rail systems, air systems and many others.
- AI/ML Assurance: Assuring evolving AI/ML technologies, working with research organisations to develop new standards and techniques to assure AI/ML technologies.
- Cyber Security for Safety: Understanding the safety impacts of cyber-security risks, providing guidance and templates for compliance and leading its implementation in this novel field.
What We're Looking For
- Practitioner level knowledge of at least one of the above areas in a safety critical / mission critical application including a working knowledge of Aerospace Recommended Practice (ARP) 4754A and 4761.
- Experience in developing solutions for customers and delivering subsequent programmes of work to customer satisfaction, schedule and budget.
- Leadership, management and collaborative working experience.
