We’re looking for a motivated and engaged Early Careers Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and supporting the next generation. In this role, you’ll help deliver a great experience for our graduates, interns, and apprentices, guiding them from attraction through to development. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning, and business leaders, you’ll ensure our early careers programmes are engaging, impactful, and aligned to organisational goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of our two-year graduate and student programmes
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition to deliver our annual Early Careers recruitment campaign
  • Helping design and execute innovative attraction strategies to engage students from universities, colleges, and vocational institutions
  • Representing the organisation at careers fairs, networking events, and campus activities
  • Building and nurturing relationships with educational institutions and student organisations
  • Supporting managers in tracking and enhancing early careers employee performance and development
  • Reviewing programme effectiveness and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in early careers development
  • Creating an inclusive and engaging experience through events, networking, and engagement initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in an HR or Talent Acquisition role (Advisor, Coordinator, or Administrator level)
  • Good understanding of early careers recruitment channels and education pipelines
  • Familiarity with assessment tools and selection methodologies
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment
  • Focus on building and supporting new professionals in their development
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
