Business Manager – New Nuclear

Frazer-Nash Consultancy is a leading Engineering and Technology Consultancy with significant presence across the clean energy landscape. We are recruiting a Business Manager to cover market‑facing activities in New Nuclear across the UK.

Location: Hybrid working pattern – role can be undertaken across all UK office locations.

Salary: £75,000 – £90,000, dependent on experience.

Closing date: 26 October 2025 (early applications encouraged).

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall business strategy.
  • Work with existing technical delivery teams to develop our services based on client needs.
  • Oversee business development planning and related activities.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with a network of clients in the New Nuclear sector.
  • Identify, characterise, and capture opportunities to grow the business.
  • Work with resource managers to secure and maintain the skills and experience required for client projects.

Qualifications

  • Market knowledge of the sector and key relationships across the client base and supply chain.
  • Significant commercial experience and business acumen, having secured and led large‑scale commercial contracts within the sector.
  • Highly effective communicator, able to operate across the business to support company strategy.
