Location: Hybrid working pattern across all UK office locations.
Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 dependent on experience.

Frazer‑Nash Consultancy is a leading Engineering and Technology consultancy with a significant presence across the clean energy landscape. We are recruiting a Business Manager to cover our market‑facing activities in New Nuclear.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategy of the business.
- Work with existing technical delivery teams in the development of our services towards the needs of your clients.
- Oversee business development planning and associated activities.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with a network of clients associated with your sector.
- Identify, characterise and capture opportunities to deliver the business.
- Work with resource managers to identify, secure and maintain the skills and experience required of your clients.
Requirements
- Market knowledge of the sector, holding key relationships across the client base, supply chain and knowledge of our competitors.
- Significant commercial experience and business acumen having secured and led large scale commercial contracts for numerous clients within the sector client base and created supply chains with a diverse set of subcontractors.
- A highly effective communicator able to operate right across the business in support of whole company strategy.
