Business Manager – Defence Digital at Frazer-Nash Consultancy

Location: Hybrid working pattern. (Role can be undertaken across all UK office locations)

Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 dependant on experience

Frazer-Nash Consultancy is one of the established Defence, Engineering, and Technology Consultancies in the UK, and we are pleased to be recruiting a Business Manager covering our Defence Digital activities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategy of the business.
• Work with existing technical delivery teams in the development of our services towards the needs of your clients.
• Oversee business development planning and associated activities.
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with a network of clients associated with your sector.
• Identify, characterise and capture opportunities to deliver the business.
• Work with resource managers to identify, secure and maintain the skills and experience required of your clients.

Requirements

• Market knowledge of the sector, holding key relationships across the client base, supply chain and knowledge of our competitors.
• Significant commercial experience and business acumen having secured and led large scale commercial contracts for numerous clients within the sector client base and created supply chains with a diverse set of subcontractors.
• A highly effective communicator able to operate right across the business in support of whole company strategy.
