Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 per annum

Responsibilities
- Detailed finite element analysis of composite structures under extreme loads
- Developing strategies and standards for life extension
- Assessing structures against impact loads
- Creating design guidance for the analysis of components
- Providing analysis to support the design of new products
- Optimising future designs
- Lead projects and shape their direction
- Build strong client relationships
- Develop new services and business opportunities
- Mentor and support the growth of your colleagues
Essential Qualifications
- Experienced in the design, manufacturing or analysis of composite structures
- Experienced in performing structural analysis on composites and/or metallic structures
- A degree or PhD in a STEM (Science, technology, engineering or mathematics) subject
- Experience with codes and standards
Beneficial but not essential
- Experience with at least one of the major finite element analysis software packages
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or MATLAB
