Role Description
We are seeking a Property Manager and Rent Review / Valuation Surveyor to join our Belfast-based team on a full-time, on-site basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in within a respected and supportive firm.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Good attention to detail and report‑writing capability
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- A degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field desirable but not essential
- Working towards or interest in pursuing RICS membership is an advantage
