We are seeking an experienced commercial Property Manager to join our team, which will provide opportunities for career growth and progression.
About the role
You will oversee a diverse commercial portfolio comprising of shopping precincts, high street retail, offices and warehouse schemes. You will be the first point of contact for both tenants and landlords.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties including office, retail, and industrial assets
- Lead on landlord and tenant relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Oversee budgets, service charge management, and financial reporting
- Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and health & safety standards
- Work with other team members within our existing collaborative environment
- Identify opportunities to enhance asset value and operational efficiency
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of property compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- RICS qualified is desirable, but relevant expertise is key (the opportunity to become RICS qualified will be supported)
