We are seeking an experienced commercial Property Manager to join our team, which will provide opportunities for career growth and progression.
About the role:
- You will oversee a diverse commercial portfolio comprising of shopping precincts, high street retail, offices and warehouse schemes.
- You will be the first point of contact for both tenants and landlords.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties including office, retail, and industrial assets.
- Lead on landlord and tenant relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee budgets, service charge management, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and health & safety standards.
- Work with other team members within our existing collaborative environment.
- Identify opportunities to enhance asset value and operational efficiency.
